It started with a spontaneous conversation in Artis Zoo, where Ria told me that she would like to visit Ecuador one day. A few months later we received a message via our website (translated from Dutch): “After our meeting in the Artis butterfly garden, Aves Travels has been on my mind! The time is now here to plan our trip for March 2024.”
After exchanging wishes and options, it became an all-encompassing 3-week journey, in which the rich nature of Ecuador predominated: cloud forest, Amazon and the Andes mountains could not be missed. In the Galápagos we opted for an 8-day cruise with luxury yacht Infinity.
