The Tip Top fleet is owned by a 100% Ecuadorian family business, founded in 1982 by Captain Rolf Witmer. Rolf is a celebrity on the islands; he is the first officially registered “Galapagueño”, born on the island of Floreana in 1933.

Brand new and modern. Tip Top V was added to the Tip Top family in June 2019 and is the largest ship in the fleet. There are 10 cabins on 2 decks. Each cabin is designed to accommodate two guests and consist of two single beds or a king-size bed. With a private bathroom, plenty of storage space and air-conditioning, you can freshen up and rest after an eventful day.

The common spaces of the yacht include a bar, a dining room, a lounge-, and a sun deck. In the dining room your chef serves daily Ecuadorian and international dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients. Here, you will also find fresh coffee, tea and water 24 hours a day. In the lounge there is a small library (especially read the book “Floreana” that tells the interesting history of the Witmer family) board games and videos for your entertainment. However, you will probably be on the sun deck more often. This terrace is the ideal place for a moment of relaxation, enjoying the ocean views.
