Small but incredibly charming, that’s the Samba. This sailing ship was built in 1966 as a luxury private yacht in the Netherlands. The teak deck gives you the historic ambiance, the modern facilities ensure contemporary comfort.
With just 14 guests you are guaranteed a very personal service on board. The guide and crew of this ship are often praised for their attention to her guests, the ship and the environment.
There are two seating areas in the open air, one on the upper deck and a second one on the stern of the promenade deck. Both are used to serve delicious meals. These are also the ideal places to rest, enjoy the surroundings or read a book.
On board you will probably also spend a lot of time on the long bow of the ship. Here you can lie comfortably on the lounge beds or, with a bit of luck, watch dolphins and whales swim along with the ship.
Inside you will find a communal area, a combination of dining tables, lounge sofas and a small library with information about the archipelago.
The Samba has seven cabins, six with bunk beds and one cabin with a double bed. The cabins are small, but offer everything you need including an en-suite bathroom. The entire ship has air conditioning.
